What helps us reply faster

A short, specific message gets a faster, more useful reply. Whatever you're writing about, two things help:

1. A direct link. If your message is about a specific lyric page, blog post, artist or album, paste the URL — it saves us looking it up.
2. The version you saw. For corrections, tell us the line that's wrong and the line as you believe it should read. For technical issues, the browser and device you were using helps us reproduce the bug.
