The catalogue grows two ways — what the editorial team picks to write next, and what readers ask for. Reader requests go straight into the priority queue. If a song is not on the site, send it.
What helps the editor most
You do not need to send the lyrics themselves. What we actually need is the metadata that lets an editor pull the official audio and write the page from a primary source:
- Song title as released (not the colloquial title fans use, the actual catalogue title).
- Primary artist(s) — singer first, then featured artists.
- Album or single — if the song is part of an album or EP, the project name.
- Official YouTube or streaming link — this is the single most useful field. It lets the editor verify the audio, the credits, and the release date in one click.
- Language — Hindi, Punjabi, Haryanvi, English, etc. (Useful for queue routing.)
If you want to submit the lyrics text yourself — go ahead, but every submission is read line-by-line against the official audio by an editor before any change goes live.
Send your submission
Email everything to editor@lyricstribe.com with "Song submission" in the subject line. We send a confirmation within one business day, and a published-link follow-up once the page is live.
Submission terms
By submitting material to LyricTribe you confirm you have the right to share it and you grant LyricTribe a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to publish it. Submitted material is reviewed editorially before publication; not every submission is published. See the Terms of Use for the full policy.
